The introduction of NUSAJAYA.

Officially launched on 15 February 2007, Nusajaya is one of the five flagship zones of Iskandar Malaysia – a 550,000-acre economic corridor three times the size of Singapore. Iskandar Malaysia is envisioned to become a sustainable metropolis of international standing by 2025.

Spanning 24,000 acres, Nusajaya is undisputedly the largest urban integrated development in Southeast Asia

Nusajaya is strategically located in the epicenter of the new economic Asia. Nusajaya's strategic location and proximity to Singapore provides immense potential for economic growth. Nusajaya is served by two international airports and five seaports for what is arguably the best connectivity in Southeast Asia.

Nusajaya is planned as a sustainable city. Inspired by the best the world has to offer, Nusajaya is planned, designed and intended as a new type of city where the social and community areas plus intrinsic needs such as safety and security, transportation, convenience and enriched lifestyle are part and parcel of an integrated master plan. Five years on and Nusajaya is already a benchmark for other cities around the world. The Nusajaya Safety and Security Master Plan is the first in the world to be developed on such a scale and magnitude.
